Digital Producer
We’re looking for a collaborative and insightful digital producer to join our growing team of creatives working with nonprofits on digital projects for social impact.
You’ll be the frontline of our client comms, collaborating with colleagues to manage our internal capacity and ensuring our digital projects are delivered on time, within budget and beyond client expectations. Position is available on a contract, part-time or full-time basis with consideration for a junior/mid/senior role determined by applicant’s experience and suitability. Currently taking Australia-wide expressions of interest, with the final role shaped around the most suitable candidate.
Some anticipated responsibilities of the role include:
Project Management
Working with our internal and external team to deliver on our digital projects across strategy, design, development and deployment.
Scoping New Business
Responding to new work enquiries by meeting with potential clients, reviewing briefs, scoping digital solutions alongside our team, and presenting proposals.
Scheduling and Forecasting
Managing our team capacity through new and established systems, ensuring we’re able deliver on our commitments and anticipate our ability to take on new work.
Client Engagement
Point of content for all client communication on active projects, respectfully managing their enquiries and celebrating their success in a timely and professional manner.
Contractor Management
Managing and growing our network of creatives who scale our capacity around key projects, ensuring quality and timely work and integrating them into our wider team.
Quality Assurance
Reviewing our project deliverables against project brief, client expectations, accessibility standards and supported devices to ensure quality and consistency.
